Our mission is to make people aware that we do not appreciate voice calls, voice messages video calls (including Zoom and Teams) for business. We believe that text via e-mail or text via WhatsApp are perfectly acceptable form of communications in the business environment.
We all have different reasons for not being comfortable with voice. Reasons vary from person to person but mainly boils down to we MAY not or CAN not receive voice notes or voice calls. In very rare cases it may be that we DON'T WANT TO. Having said this, the majority of our members do not mind voice, but our surrounding circumstances does not allow voice - in that case always check via text first before you voice.
